Mr. Bill G, A Day At The Farm

Mr. Bill G, A Day At The Farm

It’s been four months since Mr. Bill G arrived at his new home in Delaware and he has settled into quite a routine. His day starts at 7am with the trainer, Jody, putting him on the equiciser for 10-15 minutes while his stall is cleaned and his space is prepped with new straw. When he returns, he is given a few slices of hay for breakfast.

He watches out his stall window as the older horses jog and train first. When it’s his turn, he gets his equipment put on and is ready to go. He picked up quickly what he was expected to do around the barn and track and had some fun learning new skills.

In one month, he has learned to jog with the cart and this past month started pacing with his hobbles. So he is off to a great start!
